Yes, we can make therapy fun for you and your child! Kids often act out their feelings leading to behavior challenges - which are NOT fun. Together, we’ll help them sort it all out and learn how to handle those big feelings.
Integrative nutritional mental health care
Your symptoms are not “just in your head” - it’s the chemistry in your head! The gut-brain connection goes way beyond getting “hangry” or feeling content after eating comfort food. Food and mood go together like peas and carrots. Don’t worry, there are no diets or meal plans here, (I am not a dietician or nutritionist) just mental health based information to help you find what your body needs to get you happier and feeling calm again. Often, this only involves simple food substitutions or additions to balance out your system. We’ll work together to find what works for you based on your preferences and current symptoms. We’ll also take a look at other whole-body approaches proven to ease depression and anxiety symptoms.
