I’ve been working with adults, children, and families for over 13 years helping guide them to their best selves. I’m a military spouse who loves connecting with new people and seeing new places. I find my joy through my family, my dog, and simply being outdoors. I practice mindfulness in my daily life and have gone through my own food and mood journey myself, and came out the other side better for it.
I specialize in providing counseling to women and children who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy with a solution-focused mindset. I believe in the powerful impact of building in mindfulness and integrative approaches like nutritional psycho-education and simple lifestyle changes.
